Abstract: 
Structure, design and functional resources of the hardware system for astronomical observations using Internet network are described. Telescope Celestron 1400XTL, CCD camera Rolera-MGi and GPS-receiver Acutime 2000 are basic components of the complex. System is equipped with originally designed light filter set of broadband Jonson system UBVRI. Developed singular software for automatic control of every module and the whole observational procedure makes it possible to obtain images of the observational heavenly bodies or to perform photometric observations with up to 30 frames per second speed, within the UTC scale and an accuracy better as 1 ms.
