Abstract: 
Construction principles, advantages, design technological solutions and basic characteristics of optoelectronic two-channel digital rotary angle encoder developed in the V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of NAS of Ukraine in the frame of the scientific and technical innovation project of NAS of Ukraine "Development and organization of production of optoelectronic rotary angle encoders for aviation and general industrial purpose" are considered. In the framework of the project implementation the production of optoelectronic two-channel digital rotary angle encoders in SCTB with PP of ISP of NASU was organized
