Abstract: 
Lack of all-inclusive technological decisions of joining of details, which provide reliability of devices' precision-built units, is one of the problems which put a brake on sapphire application. It is proved by comprehensive researches of the methods of joining that a preliminary vacuum coating improves an adhesion of glues. We offer methods with using of glues and without it for joining of precision devices' components, which work in a wide range of temperatures. For the first time we offer composite structures like illuminator "glass-sapphire" type. The efficiency of their using for the increasing of illuminators' resistance to dust influence and for the increasing of their hardness and durability is shown. Results of given researches can be propagated on the joining of precision units in the optoelectronic devices from other materials, which work in extreme conditions
