Abstract: 
New electro-discharge equipment for intensification of inflow of mine methane is described. The results of works on the increase of efficiency and choice of optimum parameters of charge circuit of submersible hole devices for the increase of influx of oil; on the increase of specific energy of the pulse capacitors used as the store of energy; on the development of reliable, high-effective spark-gap and electrode system were used for the development of the complex. As a result the electric-discharge submersible complex for treatment of coal layers containing methane and bedding on a depth up to 1 km and below was developed.
