Abstract: 
The possibility of control of phosphor-lipid nanostructure formation mechanism under conditions of dissipative state of heterogeneous system due to discrete-impulse energy introduction into rotor-pulsating devices is examined. As a result the optimal heat-mass-exchange processing regimes of complex heterogeneous environments representing phosp holipids water solution are determined.
