Application of Energy and Resources AC Drives in Drilling Rigs of New Generation

Abstract: Comparison of different drives for milling cutter machine tools used at mining enterprises of Ukraine is made. Application of energy and resources saving AC drives fоr mining machines is proved. The forecast of further improvement of drilling rig control system considering manufacturing features of controlled entity is offered.
