Evaluation of the Suitability of Power Equipment Elements for Use Over the Park Resource

Abstract: An approach for determination of the stress-strain state of operating boiler unit elements and study of a possibility of their further exploitation is proposed. The state of the boiler drums of Dobrotvir power plant Unit 6 and Burshtyn power plant PAO DTEK «ZakhidEnergo» Unit 5 with exhausted park resources is studied. Recommendations on the imp ro ve ment of their repair technologies are developed; conclusion on the possible extension of their operational lifetime is made.
