Formation of Biotech nology Innovation System: Experience of Foreign Countries, Problems of Ukraine

Abstract: The essence and role of biogeotechnology in modern economic system is shown. The specific features of the formation of biotechnology industry on the example of foreign countries and the problems of formation and development of the biotechnology industry in Ukraine are described. The necessity and the ways of formation of biotechnology innovation system are grounded.
