Abstract | The conditions to support low impurity levels in metal at different redistributions are determined. The analysis of metal structure formation processes depending on modes of deformation heat treatment of semi-manufactures and their influence on final product is made. Electron-beam melting was used to receive base ingots. Deformation treatment of bar was conducted using forging and rolling in profile rolls. Final heat treatment was combined with bar alignment. The surface of the prepared bars was exposed to grinding and then the control of product properties and quality was conducted.
