| Abstract | Restrictions in the technology transfer agreements according to the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union Law are analyzed. It is proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activity in the Sphere of Technologies Transfer" adopting the restrictions in appropriate agreements.
