| Abstract | The matters of actuality and ways of creation of informational and analytical system of the state innovation policy realization are considered. It is grounded the necessity of creating relevant informational and analytical basis, which allow to provide the maximum of information сoncerning current state of the objects of managing. The basis can provide possibility for analyzes of further alternatives, taking into consideration the permanent changes of internal and external enviroment and prepare recommendations concerning realization of the state innovation policy
