Creating Conditions for Managing the Processes of Self-Organization of Ukrainian Socio-Economic Systems in the Decentralization Environment

Abstract: A concept for «meta-anthropological management» of synchronous interaction of the processes of socio-economic organisms’ emergence and functioning is introduced. Such management is performed by a person with philosophical worldview. The economic, educational, organizational, and communication aspects of management as creating conditions for self-organization of community social spaces are discussed. A priority action plan for the community is presented. Objectives and tasks are formulated to develop and implement the communication polylogue methodology for decision-making by community and educational programs to foster an archеtype philosophical worldview and meta-anthropological capabilities of Ukrainians that were temporally hidden.
